The record

Group child care centers and school-based programs in the five boroughs operate under the New York City Health Code. The Department of Health publishes the active programs with their age range and capacity.

Active program under the NYC Health Code. Centers are shown under the name on their permit. Inspections are a separate City file and are not shown here.

What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
